This class will focus on the technical challenges and aesthetics of film acting through shooting original scenes on location
• Multiple takes and multiple setups
• Multiple locations, such as homes, city streets, beaches, pools, parks, restaurants, trains and cars
• John and Diane coach, shoot, review, and critique scenes
• Original scenes by the actors, John and Diane or from Clu Gulager's library of film acting workshop scenes
*This class has assigned partners and mandatory rehearsal*

• Lip syncing

• Acting discourse with video demonstrations
• Explore the week's assignment
• Discuss films and acting through recommended books and movies
